Entries created from mobile app are in pending state
Step 1: Open the desktop application
Step 2: Click on the edit option on the company name
Step 3: Check if auto import voucher settings is disabled(If disabled entries created from mobile app will not sync to tally)
Step 4: If disabled assist merchant with enabling the settings and syncing the data.
Now all the entries created from mobile app will automatically sync to tally

Scenario 2: Auto import voucher is enabled but yet all entries are in pending
NOTE: TO CHECK THE REASON DISABLE THE AUTO IMPORT VOUCHER SETTINGS IN DESKTOP APP
Step 1: Open the desktop application
Step 2: Click on the edit option on the company name
Step 2: Disable auto import voucher settings
Step 4: Now in the companies page under the company name you will find pending entries option
Step 5: Click on pending entries and select the voucher type which was created
Step 6: Here in entries list you will find all the entries in pending state.
Step 7: Inform merchant to select voucher class as not applicable while creating entry from mobile app
Step 8: Merchant should maintain voucher class in tally and select voucher class as not applicable while creating entry from mobile app
