Teresa Christen was born in Stans, Unterwalden, Switzerland in 1864. She entered our convent at Clyde in 1885 and was invested on November 21st of that year. She made profession as Sister M. Rosalia on December 15, 1886, and perpetual vows on November 21, 1893.
Sister M. Rosalia was sent to teach at Pocahants Arkansas in 1888. She fell ill in 1890 and returned to Clyde in 1892, remaining ill for the remainder of her life.
She died at Clyde on December 24, 1902 at the age of thirty-eight years.
