2021-05 Finance Committee Report

Attached you will find the proposed budget for the 2021-2022 Fiscal Year. As you can imagine, AVP-USA has been challenged by the pandemic; that said, we have managed to keep our finances in balance.

The proposed budget includes two elements that impact the bottom line:

• Communications anticipates a deficit for the year due to low projections for Distribution Center purchases;

  • the Board is moving forward with an upgraded Leadership Fellows program, which will add to the vitality of AVP-USA as an organization.

The Finance Committee has worked hard to reduce spending where practical, and recommends this balanced budget for the upcoming fiscal year. See the attachment for details.
