Knowledge Management working group (Rick Krouskop, Malcolm Smith, Katherine Smith) will become a joint sub-committee of Communications and Education. Knowledge Management is a special need of Education and much of it falls within the technical provence of Communication. Knowledge Mgt. actions will then be reported to the CofC by these committtees.
