Focus Task Goals for 2016-7

• • Implement transparency and intra-membership communication

    • AVP-L is critical. Every group in USA should have 2-3 people subscribed. Katherine would like to lead this APPROVED.

    • Committee reports from each committee on AVP-L each month.

    • Transformer publishes AVP-L committee submissions. Maybe a set section in Transformer. Summaries of committee work

    • Link up Committee Intranets.

    • Connect with academic/school communities -- have another newsletter for them, once or twice a year and/or e-newsletter to inform people outside AVP of general

  • Transformer subscriptions for all

  • Closer partnership with PR

  • Bring new people with new ideas and support. Interns?
