- Mital will be filling in for PA/NJ region as there is no representative at this time

    • Gathering: Regional highlights

      • Southeast: AVP FB fundraiser and two online workshops, AVP Orlando did one workshop in person (Sean and his daughter facilitated), trying to figure out how to make zoom work best with youth,

      • Mid Atlantic: Virtual Community Basic with new group AVP DC, regional gathering (33 people came)

      • New York: a number of online workshops happening in NY, Jill did tech for a basic!, Rochester and Syracuse are teaming up to do a basic in March, hosting a mini for the staff of a school (maybe give CE), Getting workshops going in Westchester County - putting on a workshop in January/February

        • Jill to share the agenda for the mini

      • Midwest: doing another intro mini for a seminary class (how to handle conflict in their ministry), modified AVP class in the HS, putting together an advanced online workshops at the end of January (3 saturdays), have been doing anti-racism study as a facilitator group (whole region)

      • Rocky Mountain: AVP CO hosted 6 online community workshops, trained over 8 facilitators in that time, talking about going virtual with in person

      • Central Midwest: AVP NE school sessions (¾ of an hour sessions), newsletter from inside facilitators - a lot of themes of using AVP in their daily lives, spirit is up and people are anxious about being in person again

      • Westcoast: SF/Bay Area Council successfully completed 501c3 status, several online workshops (Diana Couch and her team), several sessions to keep facilitators engaged or involved (we need to clarify if we are asking about individual session vs. AVP team, i.e. someone has been doing sessions on how to do AVP online, sometimes participants are internationally based)

      • Northwest: extremely quiet this past year

      • New England: AVP RI putting on virtual workshops (have not had in person for years), AVP MA continues to engage facilitators through an email newsletter
