Actions:

• • Reviewed our Committee Report (attached), which defines our committee and helps to give direction for 2018.

  • Started to lay groundwork for how the Adaptations Committee will be present at this year's National Gathering

  • Began drafting a "Call for Adaptations" presentations to include in the Transformer/AVP-L to showcase at the National Gathering and include on a new Adaptations of AVP website

  • Discussed creating a 'Resource Pool' for those who are doing Adaptations of AVP.

  • Brainstormed other ways of doing outreach to let AVP-Trained facilitators know about the work of this group.

Need clarification from the Board if Adaptations is a "standing committee" or an "ad hoc" committee and what the requirements will be for ongoing participation / involvement in board and other meetings. (Rita planned to attend the next board meeting to ask for clarification.)
