• • GENERAL

    • Secretary nomination: Appeal went out on AVP-L

    • 2017-8 Budget: Starting process by reviewing last year's budget against expenditures

  • DISTRIBUTION CENTER (Terry)

    • Basics and Adv. order has arrived and all slid down into the office storage.

    • $6550 in orders in Jan ($2000 order from State of CA)

  • TRANSFORMER (Elzbieta/Ed)

    • Status of Editor: Ongoing work duties have made it difficult to communicate and attend meetings. However, Elzbieta is committed and has continued to produce excellent issues (despite a couple of recent hiccups).

    • We will provide copies for Annual Gathering to advertise Transformer. Print # of attendees expected to attend Gathering, and put in a coupon for reduced subscription rate if newly subscribed now.

    • Ed to send out AVP-L email asking for articles, with link to past issues for reference.

    • Terry: reiterated previous request that PR be a subcommittee of Communications. DECISION: Propose this to Board.

    • All donors should receive a gratis Transformer (may be donation amount linked).

  • AVP-L

  • Auditing - 450 members. Katherine will monitor members and track people who drop out and will contact them.

  • Knowledge Management Subcommittee

    • Not yet contacted Marge - concerns re: organization and cost of material for storage in Swarthmore.

  • Organizing Kit Subcommittee

    • AVP USA Organizing Kit: will look at USA specific Kit after International OK is finished.
