To build a powerful reading life. Find a reading space in your home, you might have to move some items, make sure your space is one that allows you to focus on your reading. Take a picture to share with us so we can celebrate and connect our reading at home and at school.

En casa los estudiantes pueden elegir un lugar de lectura y escogerán un libro de ficción a su nivel de lectura. También tomarán apuntes de los sucesos más importantes de la historia. 

Mathematicians will begin to unpack mathematical language, and models that will help them solve multi-digit equations. They mathematical language to express their observations in mathematical patterns around them,

Make your mathematician curious, talk to them about patterns around you, use those words like patterns, models, stucture to help them use their new mathematical language

Third graders are starting to investigate the tools they use to observe and gather data. They will unpack scientific language. They will be using a one point rubric to monitor their learning growth, and skills.
