End of Program Review Letter

​ All Multiple and Single Subject program completer receives this letter as a reminder of the items in their student file.

The letter below may be a duplicate message; if you have already received your credential file update, please disregard.

For those of you who did not receive your initial notice, we appreciate your patience.

Our records show that you will be completing your credential program in June 2021. In order to ensure a smooth process to file for your credential, we have created a simple guide for you to follow.

All items that are required to process your credential recommendation are listed in the box below.

I have indicated the items we have on file and those that are still missing. Items that are “on file” have been received and recorded and require no further action.

Items that are marked as “not on file” must be submitted with your final packet and credential petition at the end of Spring quarter.

You may receive a Preliminary recommendation without the completion of the RICA. Please note that the RICA will be required for the Clear credential.

Bilingual Authorization

If you have completed the coursework, you must submit the CSET Score in order to have it added to your recommendation.

Please remember that the earliest you can petition or submit any of the items listed above is AFTER Spring grades post.

Your Petition for Credential packet must include the petition for credential form and all outstanding (not on file) documents listed above. Your completed packet must be sent to credentials@scu.edu
