7.1 TPA. Santa Clara University utilizes the CalTPA.

7.2 TPA coordinator is Melina Johnson. The job description for this position can be found in the CalTPA Coordinator Responsibilities Page.

7.3 We inform students regarding our student placement policy in the MATTC handbook, Page 39. We also inform students regarding the provisions for videotaping on Page 26 [MOU1] of our MATTC handbook.

7.4. TPA Scoring Option. Santa Clara University will use the centralized scoring.

7.5 Appropriate Use of Material. Students are informed of appropriate use of materials for the CalTPA at the initial training where we provide and review the Performance Assessment Guide which details the appropriate use of materials. We also share the link to the CalTPA Candidate Attestations site which provides more information regarding the appropriate use of materials.

7.6/7.7 Appeal/Remediation Process. The Appeal and remediation Policy can be found on page 27 of the MATTC Handbook.

7.8 List of Performance Assessors. Scoring will be done through centralized scoring and hence performance assessors will not be needed.
