USG Status Page

If there is scheduled maintenance or a major outage, GIL will contact the USG Helpdesk and they will post a message to status.usg.edu. Please use this page as the primary source for GIL Status reports.

Also note that GIL will send out emails to GIL Listservs and all of the GIL Technical contacts to announce any major outages. Prior to go-live, GIL will review current listservs and to determine if any can be weeded out due to the sunsetting of Voyager.

Ex Libris Status Page

Ex Libris also has a status page for monitoring our Alma and Primo servers.

It is a good idea to subscribe to maintenance updates for both Alma AND Primo.

Alma

Click the image-link to the left, then filter down to our specific server by changing the System dropdown to "Alma" and then the Region dropdown to "North America". Our server is Alma NA03. To subscribe to email updates, click the envelope icon next to our server and fill out the form. You will then receive maintenance, outage, and upgrade email notices for Alma.

Primo

This time filter by changing the System dropdown to "Primo" and then the Region dropdown to "North America". Our server is Primo NA02. To subscribe to email updates, click the envelope icon next to our server and fill out the form. You will then receive maintenance, outage, and upgrade email notices for Primo.
