This site provides general aid on how to perform Analytics in Alma.
Analytics training are provided for library staff and management who have been assigned a role to run reports in Alma Analytics. The role of each user assigned by each institution determines who can create reports and who can only view reports. Ask your institution’s administrator for a role if you don’t already have one.
Training sessions and contents should be determined by each institution according to their institutional needs and the functional team training plan. This is mainly because analytics and reporting are part of their workflow and institutional members know what reports are needed to serve their purposes. Thus, each institution is responsible for training their personnel and there will be no system-wide analytics training provided. The Training Team provides the following resources to assist those who work with reports.
