Catalog Error Form

OVERVIEW

The catalog error form is a Primo integration that allows staff to report display and/or MARC record errors found in specific catalog records in Primo. You are not required to be logged in to access this form, so technically anyone could utilize it, but it is primarily intended for staff use.

INSTRUCTIONS

1) On the full record page (what some refer to as the "bib page"), under the "Links" section, click "Report a Problem":

2) Fill out the fields on the resulting form. Submitting this form will send the collected info to an as-yet-undetermined central email address.

Future plans for this form include adding collected info to a google spreadsheet.
