GIL Support is here for you if you need help making configuration changes in Alma/Primo related to your library closing due to the Coronavirus. Some things you might consider doing:

• Adding a calendar exception that will extend patron due dates to your next open date​.

• If you are no longer participating in GIL Express, Disable GIL Express Requests

• If you are no longer participating in GIL Express, remove your library from the list of available pickup locations

• Disable Recalls​

• Add a hold processing shelf to allow for quarantining items

• Temporarily disable notices

Note that you or GIL Support may have already done some of these things. Please reach out to us if you need assistance.
