GIL Support is here for you if you need help making configuration changes in Alma/Primo related to your library closing due to the Coronavirus. Some things you might consider doing:
Adding a calendar exception that will extend patron due dates to your next open date.
If you are no longer participating in GIL Express, Disable GIL Express Requests
If you are no longer participating in GIL Express, remove your library from the list of available pickup locations
Disable Recalls
Add a hold processing shelf to allow for quarantining items
Temporarily disable notices
Note that you or GIL Support may have already done some of these things. Please reach out to us if you need assistance.
