Alma's Network Zone (NZ) is one catalog shared by GIL Libraries and allows USG to collectively manage bibliographic records. One institution neutral bibliographic record exists for each cataloged resource. GIL Libraries add records for new resources and add holdings if a record already exists in the NZ. GIL Libraries can add local fields as prescribed by policy. Prior to cataloging in Alma, please review the USG Policies and Help pages.
