The GIL Cataloging Team uses the LibAnswers Ticketing System to assist catalogers from GIL libraries. For cataloging assistance, submit a question or request help at http://galileo.libanswers.com/. Using the LibAnswers helps the cataloging community build a FAQs, for use and help for all. Another choice is to email to gilcat@usg.edu describing your need. For either of these solutions, please make sure to give us as much information as possible, including examples of issues (MMSID number is useful), and contact information.
