REVIEWING THE JOB HISTORY AND REPORTS IN ALMA
In the Alma main menu, under "Admin", under the "Manage Jobs and Sets" section, click the "Monitor Jobs" link
As an example, in the Monitor Jobs area first click on the "History" tab. Then look for a row with the name "Users SYNCHRONIZE..." If you don't see the job listed, check the "Submit Date from" filter fields at the top to ensure that the date range includes the day that the Patron Load Job ran.
Once you identify the row for the Users SYNCHRONIZE job, click on the "..." button in the far right hand column, then "Report" in the pop-up menu.
The Job Report will contain information about the execution of the job. The most interesting information will be the table indication the count of users created, updated and rejected. Below this table are buttons that will list more details about each of these groups.
If the Job Results include rejected users, you can review details from here. If you have concerns about rejected user records, please reach out to GIL Support.
