Representing the Maitland/Newcastle Diocese, Scarlett competed in touch football, netball, and athletics, demonstrating her talent and commitment to representing her school and community with pride. As Captain of the Polding Touch Football Team, Scarlett led her team with outstanding skill and composure during the NSWPSSA Championships, earning the Coaches Award for her leadership and performances on the field. Her efforts culminated in her selection to the prestigious NSW PSSA Touch Football Team, where she competed at the national level.
Scarlett’s achievements are complemented by her contributions off the field. As School Captain of St John the Baptist, Scarlett has served as an inspiring role model, balancing her competitive spirit with kindness, humility, and a strong sense of community. Her ability to lead by example, both in sport and in her school community, underscores her dedication to teamwork, perseverance, and personal growth.
As a proud Indigenous student, Scarlett has not only excelled athletically but has also embraced the responsibility of representing her heritage with pride and integrity.
