As a key member of the MacKillop Girls Rugby 7s Team, Kalani was instrumental in their undefeated run at the NSWPSSA Rugby 7s Championships. Throughout the tournament, Kalani’s remarkable athleticism and game awareness shone as she scored an incredible 15 tries, including four in the grand final. Her lethal ball-running ability made her a standout player, earning her recognition from coaches, selectors, and opponents alike as one of the most dynamic players in the competition.
Kalani’s exceptional performance at the championships earned her a place in the inaugural NSWPSSA Girls Rugby 7s Development Side, a testament to her skill, determination, and potential for continued success in the sport.
