Beloit is a small liberal arts college with small classes that encourage discussion and debate. Beloit College was the first College Campus in the state of Wisconsin, and as such has a lengthy and varied history. The Logan Museum of Anthropology maintains the protection of ~25 unique Native American sites on the college’s campus -- and wrestles with the complex history necessitated by this arrangement.
At the center for entrepreneurship (CELEB), all students regardless of major have access to the tools to bring their ideas to life: 3D printers in the maker lab; a professional recording studio; and mentorship in marketing and research.

Each entering freshman is paired with a mentor through the Advanced Mentor program. On top of academic advising, they help students ease into the community and connect them with resources and opportunities of interest.
The Beloit Residencies - Internationally renowned and awarded academics, thinkers, and activists come to Beloit College through the Beloit Residencies, where they give lectures, teach courses, exhibit their work, and enrich campus.
Campus community centers around the Powerhouse, a renovated power plant, which features meeting spaces, athletic facilities, a riverwalk, and the health/wellness center
Students have the option to live in special interest housing, which includes the Sexuality and Gender Alliance House, the Beloit Science Fiction and Fantasy Association, and language houses for Chinese, French, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish.
