Linear perspective

These are my four Linear Perspective Projects. On two of the projects we simply had to draw 10 boxes, five on each side of the horizon line. One is 1 point perspective and the other is 2 point. The other two drawing are buildings, one is a room we all created that had to have certain criteria in it and the other is a hallway in the High School that we had to look at while we drew it. I created all these using light pencils like a 2-4h and they are all supposed to be pure contour. On my hallway I chose to add all the tiles and bricks that are on the wall and ceiling because I wanted to show how the lines go in at the vanishing point and I think it added a lot of dimension to the hallway. At first it was pretty hard for me to understand how to create the proper lines but as I practiced more it got easier. Something interesting that I noticed was how my hallway project evolved a lot as I added the pure contour lines over it and darkened parts up, especially when I erased all the extra lines. One thing I wish I focused on more on my projects were detail and curve. I think I was too precise with some of the lines like my couch in the room is way to blocky. Overall, this was a super cool technique to learn and I think it is really important for a lot of art projects I will do in the future.
