Korean Natural Farming is a movement across geographies, describing various potions that are used to feed the soil and plants at different stages of their growth.
I have experimented with a few of them and find them quite useful. There are nice potions classified as IMOs that are also useful but may need ingredients we may not readily have. LAB that everyone in the forum is now making is also an IMO.
Fermented plant and fruit juices are meant to extract the goodness from the leaves and fruits and return them to the soil.
Making them is easy. For the FPJ (fermented plant juice) you collect fast growing plants from around the yard. Or use vegetables. It is good to use one kind instead of a mix.
Ideally pick them before the sun is up. Chop them fine, add an equal amount of jaggery, brown sugar or molasses (by weight) mix thoroughly. Store in a glass or plastic jar after covering the bottle with a paper and rubber band. Keep in a warm and dark place. In seven days, the FPJ is ready.
To know if it is done, you can stir to see if the plant materials have disintegrated. If they remain green, the potion needs more time.
FFJ is a similar potion. You use fruits, preferably one kind of fruit, and add equal amount of jaggery or brown sugar (by weight) and allow it to ferment. This also is ready in 7-10 days.
FPJ helps with growth and FFJ helps with fruiting. You decant and use the liquid. If you have to store it you have to add some more jaggery to it or refrigerate. You add very little of the potions to water and pour into soil or spray. I use a 5% solution.
Do google Korean Natural Farming to know more. I follow Chris Trump there. You might find the videos useful.
