Korean Natural Farming is a technique perfected by a set of farmers, who swear by their potions and IMOs. The core idea is to enrich the soil with local and useful microbes.
LAB is their simplest potion. We also do fermented juices, using fruit and fast growing weeds. The method is simple. Add sugar equal by weight, mix well and store in a cool dark place to ferment. Then dilute (2% solution) and spray as well as pour. Google FPJ and FFJ to know more. Chris Trump is a great teacher with useful YouTube videos.
As tomato plants flower, I apply a fermented fruit juice (FFJ) made with very ripe bananas. Typically you make FFJ with a single type of overripe fruit.
Mix bananas with sugar, equal quantity by weight. Leave in a closed jar. Then discard the top pulp and use the liquid below. The liquid stores quite well. Picture below.
