Neo gurus = Mini Mini Me (almost no ego…, but but but..., many pretensions.)

"A good master teaches to be independent of the master" André Gide. Neo gurus will reply : "André Gide, who's that ?"

"Criticism is easy and art is difficult" (Critiques are teasing and art a death cult). I love without the shadow of a doubt critiques and jeers, but do kan-gurus practice kind of art ? The one of demagogy and deceiving people maybe, or the much more noble one of marketing ? Those who believe in reincarnation would surely see a massive rebirth of sophists from ancient Greece, only boasters and rhetoricians, smooth talkers.

Wearing a robe doesn't make you a monk, eating a banana doesn't make you an ape either. But mimicking Gurus with false air of liberated beings, ludicrous smiles and sweet voice makes you a pathetic joke.

Some readers complain about these writings, I just wonder why and so will ask them : "Do you feel concerned ? Is it because you are one of those impostors or maybe, you only wish to become one of them ? Or is it because you are not very sure of the authenticity of your own kan-guru who, of course, pretends to be awakening, awakened, liberated and obviously beyond any sort of duality ?"

The purpose of these writings is to make you reacting a little, if necessary, and asking questions before trusting what could truly be an enlightened egomaniac who is quite able to break your mental health without even realizing it with his or her superiority complex, or at least, squeezing as much money as he or she can out of you with a lovely teaching absolutely worthless, but always pleasant to listen to, flattering and quite narcissistic without the shadow of a doubt.

Anyhow, a so-called guru who asks money for his or her teaching is not a spiritual guide, but a businessman or businesswoman - there is absolutely no sexual discrimination in that domain. And if spirituality becomes today a business, if not a huge industry, let's call that cultural phenomenon "New Age" and not spirituality.

"Is my guru truly liberated as he or she pretends ?" True Gurus cannot have any desire, and especially not for "sex, money and power", because they have realized the Self, Sat-Chit-Ananda, and so they are in a state of perfect bliss, which, of course, satisfies them fully. "Bliss" or felicity means absolute happiness and complete satisfaction, the end of desire, and the liberated state resulting from it is symbolically described as an "Ocean of pure bliss". Who sincerely would wish and could stand more than that ?

It’s so simple to understand that some truth seekers prefer nevertheless to wonder about their guru instead of just looking at what is the most obvious : "how the guru is living and behaving". This simple acid test is unforgiving.

So now, what’s about the Neo Satsang Paypal gurus of today in the West ? Authentic or complete bogus, nothing more than impostors, charlatans, petty egomaniacs ?

Open your eyes instead of listening to their nonsense because they will always tell you : "Yes..., but..., you know, everything is so paradoxical." Sorry, there is no "but" nor paradox as far as spiritual awakening, enlightenment, liberation and Self-realization are concerned.

Make sure you understand and stop being mislead with nothing more than beautiful and completely empty words.

Everything is fine and getting better… or worse

Three years ago, Linda Clair, a truly remarkable or psychotic Australian Neo-guru – as a matter of fact in Neo Advaita circles, it’s quite difficult to know the difference between awakened and neurotic – declared shamelessly that she was totally enlightened and liberated. In a new interview, she humbly admits that it was a bit exaggerated because at present, she’s even more enlightened and liberated than ever before because her spiritual awakening includes now her body made of flesh and bones. Whoa !

Let us hope her ego-trip is not going to end in supernova or nuclear explosion, it would be a shame for a so sane and humble soul, and also for every Australian who probably don’t wish that Australia becomes the next sunken continent.

Dissolution
