Natural order of life.
Walking too fast and getting tired. Walking too slow and getting tired too. There must be a right balance in everything, but in Mother nature and life, right doesn't mean fixed. Days are never quite alike.

Natural laws and cycles
Human species are so smart, ingenious and cunning that we may wonder why they have never found a political and cultural system, which could stand up without, sooner or later, collapsing after quite a few thousands years of civilization in which so many remarkable politicians, thinkers and philosophers have succeeded. Would we be subject to natural laws that are beyond our understanding or less intelligent that we think ? Maybe both ! It's pretty strange that we could go to the moon and have so much trouble living together, even with our neighbor next door.

The perfect order of chaos
We really have to live in our mind in order to ignore the natural order of everything happening in our life and the world. The mind is so complicated that it thinks that everything happens by chance or according to the divine will.
But when we look for solutions to a problem, we never hope to get them by chance or out of the blue. Every great discovery reveals, in fact, the unfathomable mystery of the creation and so always better our own ignorance.
Sacred knowledge, on the other hand, is not a discovery. It reveals instantly what the creation is and how it works without words to explain it. Knowledge and consciousness, there is no difference, that's what intellectual people don't understand.

Recognized by all those concerned, but inexplicable
The notion of Dharma, natural and universal order, is not foreign to Western culture. The word "equity", for instance, means equal treatment, fairness, impartiality… It comes from the French word "équité" :
- Notion of natural justice in the assessment of what should be given to everyone.
- Virtue that consists of behaving according to the natural intuition and understanding of what is right and correct.
- Conception of a natural justice, which is not inspired by the current conventions and laws in force.
So how do we really know what is right and wrong, especially when humanity is facing so many big problems ? There are 2 words, one very popular nowadays in spiritual circles, and another somehow taboo in the very same spiritual circles : "consciousness and conscience." And we may really wonder what is wrong with the word conscience in our culture and Neo spirituality. Just a question !

Ancient wisdom
How could we know intuitively what's good and what's bad, what we should most of the time do and not do, if there was no natural order in everything happening in our life and the universe ? Because we are so smart and erudite ? Because it can be learned by heart, and remembered instantly ?
But if we really are so intelligent, it can only be due to our knowledge of that natural order, which seems to make us so smart. How could we have developed any sort of intelligence if the cosmic order was not at its origin ? Do we still live on planet Earth and the universe or only in our head and thoughts ?

Creating with what is already there
"Each man must invent his own path" Jean-Paul Sartre. And if he doesn't want to get lost, it would better for him to tread his path in the framework of a smart, sensible and sacred philosophical context, that is to say a traditional one that men didn't invent, but which has been revealed to them a long time ago.
There is nothing new in the world and especially not in spiritual matters, sacred knowledge, cosmogony, spiritual paths and methods of realization or liberation. It seems that mankind, the mind, the ego, existential problems and questions are the same since the birth of human intelligence, always in transformation and evolution, maybe in some kind of progress, but also always going back to its own ignorance.

Dharma, right and correct path
If we truly respect ourselves, we will never show disrespect to anybody or anything, it's impossible. We cannot respect personally ourselves without respecting personally the others, and vice versa, it obviously works both ways. Everybody has not only naturally the right and pleasure to be respected, but everybody is also born with a natural sense of dignity.
The cultural values of good and bad, right and wrong, can evolve according to our civilization, society and belief system, virtue and truth cannot. So where do they come from ? If there is no natural cosmic order, even in our daily life, no organization of any kind would be possible because we are obviously not machines or organic robots. If we were, we would have absolutely no problem in our thoughts and actions, words such as suffering and dissatisfaction would have no meaning. Everything would happen and work according to the master plan at the origin of every organization.
The problem of that cosmic order in human matters is that it seems to allow and even invite us to leave it in order to know it better. In fact, it's impossible to get out of it.

Infinite possibility
Concerning chaos theory and its perfection, the Divine has one thing to tell to everyone :
"Surprise me, I love it !"

Good or bad
What we like is good and what we don’t like is bad. What we desire is good and what we don’t desire is bad. And what we want is good and what we don’t want is bad, of course. But the Divine cannot have any likes and dislikes towards its Creation and the perfection of its organization.
So what’s left of that good and bad beyond our desires and personal appreciations ? Only the natural order of the little things of life, and we only have to open our eyes to know with it.

Difficult sometimes to recognize
There is a big difference between desire and responsibility, even if we wish our responsibility to only be the satisfaction of our desires.
Each one of us has a destiny, which implies choices different from the ones of other people, but whatever we do and don’t do, it will always be learning that we cannot only be and do as we please. So better to be and do what anyway we have to be and do in good spirit because it won't cost us anything more, only the worry of our responsibility may disappear.
As a matter of fact, worry and responsibility are two totally different matters.
Non-resistance or passive resistance
Dreaming is good, but the day we wake up, spiritually awakened or not, the realities of life can still hurt. Blind positivism and the doctrine of non-resistance to evil are concepts politically very correct, especially in books and spiritual talks in Satsang or the Internet, but when evil comes knocking at the door and makes us suffering, we instantly change of philosophy and opinions.
And it's at this moment that we can really understand the true purpose of Dharma if, of course, we already have any interest about it. It's not anymore about philosophy, paradigm, big cosmic order, dance of Shiva or of the planets, Lila and universal illusion, but about true spirituality, a Dharma we have to embody and express in our actions and thoughts.
If spirituality didn’t have direct, practical and effective effect on the reality of our daily life, it would serve no purpose. Spiritual life must have immediate, just and correct outcomes otherwise it doesn't go beyond thinking and trendy talks.
When some Neo awakened people explain that after their so-called awakening and liberation, they felt so depressed that they almost commit suicide, we can really wonder what they are talking about. For some very strange reasons, "The dark nights of the soul" don't happen today only before, but also after their liberation. And it’s not insane enough that so-called Neo experts on the matter tell them to integrate and even embody physically their own spiritual awakening. But what would happen if they ever do it ? Jumping from paradise to hell in order to bounce again in paradise and fall down into hell, and so on till the end of time and of their reincarnations ? It would not be anymore kind of integration or liberation, but pretty much an infernal spiritual trampoline.
Dharma is a correct path by starting to stop dreaming and believing that a spiritual experience could free us from our stupidity.

The path of contentment
"Happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in harmony." Mahatma Gandhi
Equilibrium in everything
Egoism, greed and hypocrisy are not a solution. Why ? Because it makes people sick. That’s all that is really necessary to understand, and frankly speaking, it's not very difficult. Nobody needs a PhD in psychology to get it. The Dharma is a path beyond ordinary life. But we can only tread that path in our everyday life. The Dharma transcends ordinary reality in order to realize what reality is. And that reality is not ordinary at all, it's sublime.

Sometimes
"First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win." Mahatma Gandhi
And when there is nothing to win or lose, you just let the cosmic order do its job.

Living teaching
Enlightenment, awakening, spiritual experiences, Samadhi, etc. are remarkable and beyond understanding. But how we embody this revelation is the real challenge, the true Dharma, because it’s impossible to not embody it in one way or another. Better to do it in the right way. So the question : "Is there really a right and wrong way ?" Of course, there is, and we all know it. We cannot prevent ourselves to appreciate what's good and bad, even when we put something in our mouth.

A universe of vibrations or waves of energy
There is no wave with a crest and no trough or a wave with a trough and no crest. Nowhere in the whole universe!, it's just a law of physics and logic. So can we truly tread the path called the middle way and experience the Dharma, the natural cosmic order and balance in everything ? Such a quest might not be immediately the perfection that we expect and would like to realize, but only the search for balance between 2 extremes we already know very well, well-being and suffering.
Without trying and experiencing that middle way, how to know ? Do you really think that kind of knowledge comes out of the blue ? On the Dharma, we can only put foot in front the other, and we know that we will never step twice in the same river. That kind of middle and right balance are never stable and fixed, and that's what makes them very interesting, a lot more interesting than a pure and immutable consciousness that will never be more than what it is.
Anyhow, it's not a choice, there is no reality without consciousness. If Self-realization or just a spiritual awakening could make us leave the cosmic order, that would be monstrous, and if that cosmic order condemned us to suffer, it would be stupid and complete nonsense. They cannot be separated, and we may wonder why for thousands of years, we admire so much the divine as it is and so little its manifestation.
There is no universe without cosmic order, without organization and laws that make possible its manifestation. In what way the Divine could be different from its own law, cosmic order and organization ? As it is said : "The Divine expresses itself by its law." There is no difference between the Divine and the laws of the universe organizing the dance of the planets, the structure of the atom, our own life, the whole creation.
If we think that the Divine is pure bliss, the truth and liberation, and the universe a mere illusion, which can only make us suffering, we didn't realize what the cosmic order is nor what the Divine can really create. There is no difference between the cosmic order and the Divine, Brahman and Maya. The Divine is not what we can perceive, but what makes possible what we perceive. As a matter of fact, everything we really perceive is nothing more than the manifestation of that cosmic order. Anbd that's bliss !
The Divine is pure bliss, life is real bliss not very often realized as such.
