The Scribendi AI Add-in for MS Word (Scribendi AI) automates some common tasks, provides some standardized comments, and brings together the features you use every day. 

The Scribendi AI is intended to do several things. One is that it makes the editing process faster: it makes saving files easier, searching the web for specific terms or phrases faster, and the comment templates save you a lot of typing. The faster you can be without sacrificing quality, the better your rate of return.

The Scribendi AI also has the incredible Scribendi Grammar Check built into it, which is an AI editing tool based on machine learning, as well as the Consistency Check. These revolutionary tools utilize cutting-edge technology and are designed to improve both the quality and efficiency of editing and make life easier for our editors. 

Finally, the Scribendi AI reduces the chances that errors will occur when naming and saving files, and it makes it easier to perform a final spell check. We do not currently have a Mac-friendly version of the Scribendi AI, though this is one of our targets for the near future. If you are a Mac user, you will have to handle certain tasks manually. It is vital to thus be careful and consistent when saving and naming files to ensure that these are correct and that the right files are being returned to clients.
