We have tried to simplify our order deadlines as much as possible. In EditorWorks™, order deadlines are shown as both absolute deadlines and the time remaining to complete the orders. 

For example, the editor deadline for a hypothetical order is as follows:

• Tue, 21 Jun 2011 19:45:32 GMT 

• (in 6 hours, 11 minutes). 

We show the time remaining until the deadline in parentheses to make it easier for you to figure out when the order is due, rather than have you try to convert from GMT to your local time zone. 

So . . . if it is 8:45 am where you live right now, and there are 6 hours and 11 minutes remaining until the order deadline, then the order would be due at 2:56 pm your local time. 

NEW ADDITION: You can now set your preferred time zone in your EditorWorks Profile so that times on orders will be shown according to your local (or preferred) time zone. In EditorWorks, click on your name in the top right corner, click on Profile in the popup, and then scroll down to the Time Zone function in your profile. Select your time zone and then click Update.
