• intentionally act in any manner that is detrimental to the relations between Scribendi and its customers;

• solicit any of Scribendi's customers for any service similar to the services provided to customers by Scribendi;

• induce or attempt to induce any employees or contractors of Scribendi to leave their employment or contractual arrangement with Scribendi; or

• enter into any contractual relations with Scribendi's customers for the purpose of providing services similar to any services offered by Scribendi.
