During the course of performing work for Scribendi, you may have access to information that is confidential to Scribendi or its subsidiaries and affiliates. Confidential information cannot be used for any purpose other than performing work directly for Scribendi; confidential information cannot be shared with anyone without the prior written authorization of Scribendi.

To protect confidential information, perform your work with Scribendi in a secure computing environment that is owned and managed by you. Use security measures to prevent any unauthorized use and disclosure of confidential information to anyone, including relatives, friends, and colleagues, who may have access to your office and computers.

Privacy

While performing work for Scribendi, you may come into contact with personal information regarding Scribendi's customers. Personal information must be treated in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and Scribendi's Privacy Policy. Personal information cannot be used for any purpose other than performing work directly with Scribendi. Clients must be able to trust that their personal information is kept confidential.

Please ensure that you promptly notify Scribendi of any requests for disclosure of personal information by any party and of any accidental or unauthorized access to such information.
