Another great way to see how you're doing is to keep track of your stats. We try to make statistics a little fun, so we have a number of badges and trophies available for editors to win. You can check out the Leaderboard tab in EditorWorks to see the different trophies for the leaders in a variety of monthly and overall achievements, and you can check out your Trophy Case to see all of your own accomplishments.

You can always see the number of words that you edit/proofread by reviewing your Editor's Log and filtering by month.

For many editors, its nice to be able to see where they are and how they're advancing. Watch those badges build up! As a company, we like to set goals and see how well we meet them, so we wanted to be able show editors their own stats in a fun way that's hopefully also motivational.
