Other Issues
If it appears the client has uploaded the wrong file (check this by comparing the file title to the order title and/or instructions), and/or has not uploaded all the required files, use the "Report Issue" button and select FILE ISSUE or INSTRUCTION ISSUE from the drop-down list. We will immediately request additional files, information, or the correct file from the client.
Please report any exceptional administration/customer service issues (strange file types, missing files, suspect client instructions [e.g., "please do my homework for me"], etc.) you see by selecting OTHER from the drop-down menu so that we can deal with the related issues as early in the service cycle as possible. Please report issues even if you do not accept the order.
