Files for Scribendi orders can only be kept for 2 weeks after the order has been completed before they must be deleted. If you need help to delete files from your computer, you can consult the following guidelines: How to Delete Scribendi Files (available in the Resources section of the Guidebooks tab in EditorWorks™). 

EditorWorks™ will periodically require you to indicate that all files older than two weeks have been deleted. EditorWorks™ will not be available until you sign off on this, so please ensure that all files are promptly deleted.
