A client arrives at our web site, either because she has responded to one of our advertisements or because a friend has recommended our site to her. She browses the web site, looking at our various service offerings. Eventually she chooses a service that she feels best meets her needs. She will then find out the word count of her document and plug that number into the quote widget that exists on all of our service pages.

If she likes the quotes she receives and clicks the "Order Now" button, she'll be taken to a file upload page, where she will upload her file(s) and write up any special instructions she might have for us. In the next step, she will be asked for her billing details. Finally, she will be asked to review and confirm her order. Once she does this, the order goes into our system for processing.

Some time later, she will receive an e-mail informing her that her order is ready for pick up. Using the link provided in the e-mail, she'll return to our web site and download her revised file.
