Comment Text is Tiny and Unreadable
If the text in your comments becomes tiny and unreadable, the following steps should be followed:
In Word, click on the “Home” tab.
In the “Styles” section of the Home toolbar, click on the tiny dropdown arrow in the bottom right corner.
The “Styles” dialogue box will open; click on the “Manage Styles” icon at the bottom of the dialogue box.
The “Manage Styles” dialogue box will open; where it says “Sort order,” click on the dropdown arrow and select “Alphabetical” from the list provided.
In the style list, click “Balloon Text (Hide Until Used).”
The font and font size of the text will be shown. (When the comment text has been miniaturized, this is typically Times and 1 pt.) Click “Modify.”
The “Modify Style” dialogue box will open; you can now change the font and font size (among other things) for the comment text.
After adjusting the font, click “OK.”
Click “OK” on the subsequent dialogue box.
