Every now and then, you may encounter an issue with an order. We have conveniently placed a "Report Issue" button at the bottom of the Order Detail screen alongside the "Accept Task" and "Reject Task" buttons so that you can let us know as soon as possible if there is an issue with a particular order.

When you click the "Report Issue" button, a pop-up screen appears, giving you several "issue" options from which to choose.
