After clients revise their documents, many are interested in a final review. They do not require in-depth editing but want to ensure that all errors have been caught and that their changes have been properly integrated. In other words, they want a polished copy of their work.

If you choose to offer a Second-Look Proofread, you will provide the following: a final review of the document to correct spelling, grammar, and typographical errors and to ensure consistency in punctuation, formatting, and the type of requested English throughout the document. You will do a true proofread; extensive commenting is not required.

You have the option of offering this service to the client, and if you choose to offer it, you will have sole access to the order. You will receive [Quote here] for this order, and the document will qualify as long as it is the same document and the word count is within 10% of the original order. Making this offer is a commitment that you will accept this order when it is placed. The client will have one week to accept the offer before it expires.
