Birds Eye View

The setting of these images is around the school and around my house. I used my camera to take these pictures and I used iphoto and photoshop to edit them. I wanted some of the pictures to have exaggerated color and the others to be black and white

I used informal and formal balance, selective and sharp focus and 6 of these pictures were taken from "ants eye view" and the other 6 were taken from "birds eye view". I edited the colors, brightness, contrast and exposure in all of the pictures and I cropped a few of them. I had to take multiple pictures to get a shot I liked. I used iphoto from all of the "birds eye view" pictures and photoshop for all of the "ants eye view" pictures.

For the images of my brother we have a small screened in porch on the second floor with a trap door and I took pictures through that looking down at him. These pictures relate to my life because I took them at the school that I go to everyday and I took them at my house. I also created and edited these pictures so they are unique. Something that could be stronger is I could have edited a few of the pictures more so they're less raw and I would retake a few of the "ants eye view" pictures somewhere else, they are all very similar and I don't like how there are people in them.
