A Workflow can help you manage a Customer's interaction with the business, from Enquiry through to Invoicing, in one module. This side view panel is a summary of linked transactions. Double-clicking a transaction will open a listed view of all Customer or Supplier contact with the business, such as Meetings, Notes, Quotes, etc.

Main Menu > Workspace > Workflow > View
By double-clicking or right-clicking on a specific Workflow and selecting Edit, will open the Workflow Interface (more below).
Main Menu > Workspace > Workflow > View > Double-click on record to Edit or click New
2. New - This allows you to create a New Workflow.
3. Detail - This allows you to link the Workflow to a Customer, Contact and Staff member. As well as applying a Status and Reference.
4. Items - This shows the Actions and Transactions that are linked to the Customer Workflow. The Items view is the default view.
5. Add - This button has functionality to add an Enquiry, Quotation, Follow Up note, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Note, Customer Invoice, Supplier Invoice as Items to the Workflow. You can also load a File or link a Transaction to the Workflow.
When adding an Enquiry or Follow Up, you are able to enter the Enquiry or Follow Up on the Workflow interface, by simply completing the Note field you created in Workspace Setups. See image below:
When you add a Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Note, Customer Invoice or Supplier Invoice the respective module interface will automatically open.
6. Open - This will open the selected Item. You can also right-click on an Item and select Open Item. If you open a Quotation Item the Quotation module Interface will open.
7. Reminders - This allows you to set Reminders in order to drive a process forward. When you are finished with a task, you can simply click on the check-box to mark it as done, and set another reminder to yourself or other Staff members.
8. Remind - This allows you to set a Reminder to yourself or other Staff members. When you click on the Remind button, you are able to select between Staff and time periods.
9. Due - This allows you to set a Due Date.
