Embedded Files
A Credit Note lists the products, quantities and agreed prices for your products or services that were sold, but that the buyer returned or did not receive. You may issue one in the case of damaged goods, errors or allowances.
Customer Credit Notes can be created both in the Ledger or in the Customer Credit Note module.
