BOS is a database application where information is captured and stored in rows within that database. There are only three things that can be done to those records: Insert or create a record, edit or update a record, or delete a record.
To create in BOSPrint you simply click on the Add or New buttons.
Each module has unique records that can be created, some modules will automatically open a window and other modules will provide a drop down list where you can select what specifically you want to create. See images below:
For some modules and setups functionality is included to Copy the specific record.
The content from the initial record will be automatically copied into the next business cycle, thereby avoiding errors, duplication and delays.

3. Click on the X in the last column of the data grid. This function is only available in setups where the data is entered directly in the data grid. See image below:
Once a record is deleted in BOS it is permanently removed - there is no Trash folder.
