This Reminders side-view panel shows all the reminders that have been set for the User. This space is specific to the User, and makes it easy for the User to manage tasks.
Main Menu > Workspace > Reminders > View
User Access must be given to view other User's Reminders. Navigate to Main Menu > Setup > Staff > Select User > Right-click and select Edit > Settings > Workspace > Default: View other user's Reminders - Yes.

The arrows on the right in the Shortcut Menu allows you to add or remove buttons. Simply click on the arrow and select the desired buttons you wish to have available on the Workspace interface. See image below:
2. User Filter - This allows you to view the Reminders of other User's.
3. Search - This allows you to search any existing Reminders for anything containing the search text.
4. New - This allows you to create a new Reminder. Once you've click on New, the Reminder window will appear, where you can enter the Due date, time and a Note. See image below:
5. Menu - The Menu button allows you to Save and Restore the data grid.
6. Data grid - This displays the Reminders that have been created for you.
7. When you right-click on a Reminder the following additional functionality becomes available:
