The Contacts viewer is where you can search and view all the Customer, Supplier and Staff records in the database that have been added in the Staff, Customer and Supplier modules. You can easily find Contacts by searching by name, number or e-mail.

As a reminder, BOSPrint can house an unlimited number of contacts, each with their own unique details and information. This means you can tailor your communication to your Customers for optimal engagement, plus your prospect information stays with you, even if your sales reps come and go.

It also means your team has the latest, most up-to-date version of your Customer and Supplier information at their disposal, all on one central database. No duplicates, no errors.

Contact Data Grid

Main Menu > CRM > Contacts

1. Search - This search field allows the user to find a specific Contact, by typing in text or numerical search values. All the fields in the grid are searched.
2. Data grid - This displays all the Contact details by Company, Name, Surname, Telephone number, Cell phone number, Email and Address details.
3. Address - Click in the Address field to enter the Address in the text field. See image below:

4. Contact Actions - By right-clicking on a Contact allows you to perform the following Actions:

• New Quotation - This will create a new Quotation linked to the selected Customer.
• New Workflow - This will create a new Workflow entry for the Customer. All the Workflow modules that linked to Customers will be listed.
• New Customer File - This will create a new Customer File entry.
• View Customer Summary - This will open the Customer Summary side-panel.
• View Quotations - This will open the Quotations module, showing all the Pending and Complete Quotations linked to the selected Customer.
• View Work in Progress - This will open the Sales Order module, showing all the Pending and Active Sales Orders linked to the selected Customer.
• View Workflows - This will open all the Workflow items linked to the Customer. All the Workflow modules that are linked to Customers will be listed.
• View Customer File - This will open the Customer File side-panel.
