The Customer Summary gives you an instant overview of all the Contact details, Accounting details and Transaction history, and is a powerful tool that can be used for instant reporting purposes, as well as real-time CRM. This summary view is displayed in the side-panel for ease of reference. You can open the Customer Summary from all the Customer Transactions as well as from the Customer Age Analysis.

3. View - Once you've clicked on the View button, the following tabs will become available:
Here you can search for the desired Customer. The selected Customer's name will be displayed at the top of the window.
This shows you the General details, Contact details and Contacts for the selected Customer.
This shows you all the Transactions linked to the selected Customer.
