How to Renew your License
After you have paid your QuickEasy subscription, you will receive an E-mail that contains your license renewal information which enables you to renew your license from within QuickEasy BOS. Follow these steps to renew your license:
Navigate to Main Menu > Help > Renew License.
The License Renewal window will appear. The caption in red confirms the date your current license will expire.
Enter the Expiry Date and Key provided by QuickEasy Helpdesk and click Renew.
Wait until the Log field states that the license has been successfully renewed and click Close.
License renewal will fail if your computer is backdated or if the License No, Expiry Date and Key are not matched.
You are also able to renew your license from the System Messages side-panel. To open System Messages navigate to Main Menu > Help > System Messages. See image below:
The date your current license expires will be displayed in red. Click on the Renew button to open the License Renewal pop-up window.
If you log into QuickEasy BOS and your license has already expired or you opened a newly installed application, the License Renewal window will popup. If the license is successfully renewed, QuickEasy will open, but if not the application will terminate when the License Renewal window is closed. Follow these steps to renew your expired license:
Launch QuickEasy BOS, select your database, enter your password and press Enter.
If your license has expired or if your are opening a newly created Database, BOS will not open and the license renewal window will appear.
Enter the Expiry Date and Key provided by QuickEasy Helpdesk and click Renew.
Wait until the Log field states that the license has been successfully renewed, click Close and BOS will automatically open.
