QuickEasy BOSPrint provides integrated Transaction functionality for automated, easy and accurate workflow.
QuickEasy BOSPrint is capable of the following Transactions:
Here are some important functionalities you need to understand in the Transactions interface when working with Transactions (see below).
3. Scroll - By clicking the Up or Down arrow, you are able to navigate through the Transactions within the data grid.
4. Status - This allows you to manually change the Transaction's Status. See image below:
When a Sales Order's Status is set to Complete or Cancelled the linked Work Order's Status will automatically be set to Complete or Cancelled. See image below.
This function will not be available if the Sales Order has not been copied to a Work Order.
5. Links - This button allows you to navigate between the Transactions linked to the Transaction you are viewing. Clicking this button displays a list of Linked Transactions which can be clicked to open. See image below:
This is simply a productivity tool for faster navigation. It’s not intended to replace the Linked Transactions module.
You are able to open the Linked Transactions module by navigating to Main Menu > Reports > Linked Transactions or by clicking on the Menu button in the Transaction's Interface and selecting View Linked Transactions. See image below:
For more about the Linked Transactions module, click here.
6. Items - All Transactions has an Items data grid to list all the Items linked to the Transaction. From the Items data grid you are able to move the Items up or down in order. See image below:
The Move Up / Move Down functionality is only available on the following modules:
7. Copy - The Copy button allows you to copy a Transaction down the business workflow. All the information on the Transaction will be copied. This increases speed and eliminates possible human error.
Copy Rules must be set-up for each User. Copy Rules determines which Transactions may be copied to another by the specific User. Navigate to Main Menu > Setup > Staff > Select User > Right-click > Edit > Settings > Copy Rules.

For example when you copy a Quotation to a Sales Order, simply click on the Copy button and select Copy to Sales Order. See image below:
Once you clicked Copy to Sales Order a window will appear. The window will show all the Items in the Quotation to copy (A) as well as what the Quotation's Status will be once copied (B).
When you copy a Quotation with multiple Material Items, Services and Estimates the Items data grid will be populated with all the Items in the Quotation to copy. However you can select specific Items to copy by deselecting the unwanted Items. See image below:
Once the Quotation has been copied to a Sales Order, the Quotation's Status will be changed to the Status specified in the window shown above (B) automatically.
And the Sales Order interface will automatically open with all the data captured from the Quotation. See image below:
You are now able to copy the Sales Order to the next Transaction by clicking on the Copy button again. See image below:
A Sales Order can be copied from a Purchase Order. This is useful for inter-branch transactions, e.g., one Branch places a Purchase Order to another Branch using the same database. The Sales Order No is linked to the Purchase Order.
To enable this functionality, navigate to Main Menu > Setup > Staff > Select User > Right-click > Edit > Settings > Copy Rules > Purchase Orders - Copy to Sales Order. For more about Copy Rules, click here.
