Suppliers Data Grid

Main Menu > Suppliers > Suppliers > View

Navigation Bar > Suppliers > View

The Suppliers Interface data grid provides basic information about all the listed suppliers.

• Suppliers (name of Supplier)
• Account No.
• Category (Type of service provided by specific Supplier)
• Telephone
• Credit Limit
• VAT Type
• Active (If the Supplier is active or not)

When creating a new Supplier or editing an existing Supplier, the Edit Supplier window will appear. The Edit Supplier window provides more detailed information about the supplier. See below:

In the Edit Supplier menu you can enter and view the following data of the selected Supplier:

1. Detail - General details about the selected Supplier.
2. Contacts - Contact details of the selected Supplier.
3. User Fields - The User Fields tab allows you to enter any additional information.
