Planning Board is Not Updating

Changing the Status on a Work Order (a Transaction that uses the Planning Board) is not updating the Planning Board

• Check to ensure the Planning Board setting is correct under Main Menu > Setup > Settings & Defaults > Transaction Status.

The Planning Board is updated when a Transaction is changed to a Planning Board status and items on the Planning Board are deleted when changing the Transaction to a status where Planning Board is unchecked.
