The Staff File is a Workflow module and acts as a useful document manager where you can store - and easily access - all Staff documentation and information.

Staff File Data Grid

Navigation

Main Menu > Workspace > Staff File > View

1. Search - This allows you to sort and view records by module, record number or customer with the module search, number search and text search fields.
2. Data filter - This allows you to view Staff File by Date and Status.
3. Data grid - This grid allows you to sort Staff Files in the business by Date, User, Staff and Type.

Staff File Interface

Navigation

Main Menu > Workspace > Staff File > View > Double-click on record to Edit or click New

1. Data filter - This allows you to link the Staff File to Staff, Status and Type.
2. Items - This shows the Actions that are linked to the Staff File.
3. Add - This button has functionality to add documents, as well as any other Action that was specified during Setup.
4. Reminders - This allows you to set Reminders in order to drive a process forward.
5. Menu - The Menu button provides the same additional functionality as the Workflow module. However you are not able to create or edit a Customer or Supplier from the Staff File.
