VAT% Change in BOSPrint and older versions

This topic covers how to change the VAT%.

Open Tools, right-click on the Database and select Data Updates > Set VAT % (See image below)
Select the Version.
Select a Module to be updated.
Set the new VAT %.
Set a Date filter or check All to update all the transaction in the module.
Click Set VAT % and check the log to see how many transactions were updated.

Note

When updating transactions that cascade to the Ledger (eg. Customer/Supplier Invoices), the linked Ledger transactions are also updated. When updating the Ledger (Selecting Module = Ledger), only transactions that were created directly in the Ledger will be updated.
